Why everyone keeps coming back.

Located on the picturesque High Street of Henley-in-Arden, Costa Coffee offers a welcoming refuge for both locals and visitors seeking a dependable and comfortable coffee experience. Nestled charmingly within the historic Old Bank building, this particular Costa stands out for its surprisingly spacious interior, allowing ample room to relax, catch up with friends, or simply savor a well-crafted beverage in peace.

The friendly and attentive staff here consistently receive praise, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable. Customers frequently note the swift and courteous service—key to maintaining the relaxed yet efficient flow expected in a quality café. Whether you’re craving a classic cappuccino, a rich espresso, or one of their indulgent hot chocolates, you can trust Costa to deliver consistent quality. While one guest mentioned an initial hiccup with their hot chocolate, the staff’s quick willingness to remade the drink highlights their commitment to customer satisfaction.

One of the charming nuances of this location is its blend of character and convenience. Though parking directly on the main street can be a bit challenging, ample spaces in the surrounding side streets ease this concern. Additionally, the café provides a clean, well-maintained restroom without the hassle of codes, a thoughtful touch appreciated by many. For those needing to stay connected, the store’s WiFi is reliable, perfect for tying up work or scrolling through your favorite social feed despite limited mobile signal reception inside.

This is a great Costa in a lovely area, deceptively large situated in the Old Bank. Very friendly staff and has all the usual Costa menu you would expect to find. Parking is awkward as it's situated on the main high street, however there are lots of spaces available in the side streets.

A large Costa with lots of space. Service was pretty quick. Unfortunately, the 2 hot chocolates we ordered tasted very watery. They did re make them without any problems. Was better the second time.

We popped in for a hot drink on the way back from a trip and were impressed by this store! The staff were friendly and welcoming and it was clean and tidy. The drinks were made well and up to the usual quality. The toilet was very clean and no code required for access, which was a nice surprise. Phone signal inside is practically non-existent, so you'll have to connect to the WiFi which was easy enough. There's free on-street parking for two hours on the main road outside the store. Will be sure to pop by again next time we're in the area!

Nice coffee, good service, considering just closing up on a Sunday. 5* if prices not so high...expensive. Satisfied with my visit though.

New year's day coffee. Called in morning to see if open. Ordered drinks. Clumsily knocked over friends drink. Staff replaced without asking. Fine tribute in today's world.
